Why are diagnostics needed?
Prior working on your computer or device, we need to perform a full diagnostic; This process will help us identify and detect any existing software & hardware issues allowing us to prevent any future failure.
What happens after my diagnostic ready?
Once we have performed a full diagnostic to you computer , our technicians give a verbal or written diagnostic report over the phone or email, including the all diagnostic results, cost involved, time frame, and estimated part arrival, if any parts are needed, we ask for a verbal or written authorization over the phone, and immediately start the repair process or any orders that may need to be processed.
What happens after I approve my repair?
Our team is ready to serve you, the sooner we get an approval for repair the sooner your computer gets fixed. We start the repair process immediately after approval, we order any parts needed, and notify the client via phone or email, as soon as the repair has successfully completed.
How long will my repair take?
Depends on what the issue is, a simple software installation or driver configuration can take as little as 1 hour. Other critical problems can take longer, including Important Windows updates, hardware replacements, shipping & handling of parts, can depend on carrier time frames, which can take up to 7 business days, average repair processes, can usually take up to 48 hours.
What happens if I leave my computer there for too long?
We have a 30 day pick up policy, ITTODO does not hold equipment for longer than 30 days from the day of intake. After 30 days any equipment left with or without an outstanding balance will be consider abandoned and will be transfer to our recycling facility.
